Change layer in GoSpatial & GoMaps mapservice to query out demolished buildings

Description: in the bldg layer all the bldgs that have been demolished are not removed but are under the domain type "str_stat_d" as structure that was demolished.Could you please "hide " them in Go-Spatial so the features are not depicted on the map?

Create District polygons for 3 new districts not on GIS

Description: Add Vedado-Hillcrest Historic District to Go-Spatial. Please see attached map for boundaries. Add St. Ann's Historic District to Go-Spatial. Add Clematis Street Commerical Historic District to Go-Spatial.
