The space within the floor outline, the perimeter, or the building footprint..
Purpose
This layer was developed by BAE Systems / ADR by capturing 1" = 200' negative scale photography and producing 1" = 40' scale planimetric mapping. The polygon layer was developed during 2003, 2005, 2006 & 2007 from BAE. The City has plans to take over ownership of this layer and incorporate maintenance work and new as-built construction to keep the layer current.

Description of fields: building_id=Object _id ,number used for the relatinship between this layer and the address point layer Coord_Id = previous" Bldg_id" used in the relationship structname= describes the name of the building The" str_stat_d" field contains the status of the structure The " address_id"field connects this layer to the site address point . The " user_flag" field describes the type of the structure. The "str_use2_d" describes if the building is contributing or not for the Historic District. Project_id= the name of the project which the feature was compiled and delivered by BAE Subtypes: 800800 = building 800810 = screenhouse 800820 = shed 800830 = open area ( inside building)
